i use a mix between high and medium on the deck. Usually i put shadows to medium since they eat a lot. I also installed an fsr 3 mod from patreon. Looks great with the intel scaling (no ghosting) and it made it so smooth The fps counter of the deck shows false numbers with this mod but i know it feels like magic on my deck.

This means you are really only getting around 30-40 fps. 90fps is recommended, but with a 3070 for cyberpunk where you are probably sat down 60fps should be alright. Mess around with the settings until you get around 100-120 and you should feel better! 1. nasenbohrer.
If you have a variable refresh rate monitor and get gsync/freesync working right, then 55FPS with ray tracing for sure.
